Terms
These terms cover use of AI Download Center and the paid Featured Listing service operated by The Solo Service Provider.
Directory use
AI Download Center is a discovery directory. Listings link to third-party websites, repositories, apps and model providers. A listing is not a warranty, endorsement or guarantee that a third-party product is suitable, secure, lawful or available in your location. Check the provider's current terms, licensing and requirements before use or download.
Free listings
Free submissions are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, ranking, permanence or a particular review time. We may correct, reject, remove or update a listing to protect accuracy, safety, quality or the directory's integrity.
Featured Listing subscription
The Featured Listing service is $99 USD per month after a 7-day free trial. Stripe hosts checkout and recurring billing. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current displayed price.
A Featured Listing is a paid placement. It is labeled Sponsored, pinned prominently in the catalog and may be shown first in matching searches. Payment does not buy an editorial recommendation or guarantee traffic, clicks, leads or sales.
Cancellation
You may cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, no subscription charge is due. You can also contact hello@thesoloserviceprovider.com.au for billing support.
Refunds and statutory rights
Because the service is a recurring digital advertising/listing service, cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. Refund requests are assessed in line with applicable law and the circumstances of the charge. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Listing content
You must have the right to submit the tool name, website and other material you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted claims are accurate and that your product complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Affiliate and sponsored disclosures
Listings marked Sponsored are paid placements. Some outbound links may be affiliate links. If an affiliate relationship applies, AI Download Center may earn a commission at no additional cost to the visitor.
Service changes
The directory, categories, ranking logic, search integrations and listing presentation may change as the service develops. Material changes to paid subscription pricing apply prospectively and will be communicated through Stripe or the contact details associated with the subscription when required.
